*Policies* + Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include a 9% County Bed Tax. + Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your arrival date or a $100 deposit will be charged. We will confirm all cancellations by email or fax on the day such notice is received. + Check in time is 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. unless a specific time has been arranged. Please inquire about the possibility of arranging a different check-in time.
